How do I place an order?
Step 1:
Choose your cake design from our shop.
If you're looking for a fully custom theme (not listed), just message us first — we’ll confirm availability and let you know how many $1 “custom” items to add to your cart.
Step 2:
After booking, send us a message via Instagram, WhatsApp, or email with your preferences — like colors, theme, or message on the cake.
Step 3:
We’ll send you an ingredient sheet for confirmation, along with pickup or delivery details. Let us know if your pup has any allergies — we’re happy to adjust!

Dog portraits aren’t included by default. If you’d like to add one, don’t forget to select the “portrait add-on” and share a photo of your pup when you message us.
How are cakes priced?
Our base prices cover simple designs, as listed in the ‘Shop’. For more intricate styles or custom details, an additional quote may apply.

How can I store the cake?
Cakes can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 14 days. For frozen cakes, microwave them for 4-5 minutes before serving - then they're ready to enjoy!
Which cake size is right for our party?
4-inch (600g): Perfect for 1 medium dog or 2–3 small dogs
5-inch (900g): Great for 1 large dog or 4–6 small dogs
6-inch (1300g): Ideal for big dogs or sharing with 6+ pups
And if you’ve got more pups coming... you know they’ll need matching cupcakes too, of course.
What are the pickup instructions?
Our address is 55 Cooper Street. After 2 PM - evening works for pick up.
*Temporary street parking is available in front of the building. Just give us a heads-up so we can bring your order out on time.
Do you provide delivery service?
While we recommend pickup from our downtown Toronto location, we also offer delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) for an additional fee, based on distance.
Standard delivery window: 17:00 – 22:00 (exact ETA depends on the driver’s route).
Delivery can be arranged through our trusted couriers or via Uber Package arranged by you.
Please note: while we pack every order carefully and give special instructions to drivers, we cannot 100% guarantee against minor damages during transit. We appreciate your understanding.
What if my pup has allergies?
Just let us know if your pup has any allergies — we’re happy to adjust the recipe by removing or replacing certain ingredients. Your dog’s health and safety are our top priority.
After you place your order, we’ll send you an ingredient sheet so you can double-check everything. Let us know if anything needs to be removed or swapped!
What if my pup is allergic to protein?
No worries — we offer veggie-based cakes and venison as a low-allergen option. Just DM us to chat about the best choice for your pup!
What the cream made of?
The cream is made with potato, lactose-free cream cheese, and a touch of coconut milk. We only use lactose-free ingredients to ensure it’s gentle and safe for pups — even those with sensitive stomachs.
Do you take rush orders?
Yes! For orders needed within 3 days, a 10% rush fee will apply.
We typically require at least 3 days’ notice to prepare your cake fresh and just right!
